  1. I have been thinking about doing this for a while!I have been so busy that we have been doing a lot of eating out and easy food (canned dinners). I need to do this so I can get out of that bad habit! Some of those sound so yummy!

  2. I decided making smoothies is the best thing ever. I start my day with all the fruit I need to eat, along with some protein, and fiber if I add flax seeds. Its also quick, easy and relatively mess free. And of course delicious! I thought it would be expensive, but the frozen fruit I bought is lasting longer than I thought it would.

  3. Eating out and processed foods are such a bad habit. Worst of all, they acclimate your palatte to eating major levels of salt, so when you start making your own food it tastes bland sometimes. At least that is whay I have found. I will post any good recipes I make on Thursday 🙂
